Head without hair is more sensitive to temperature changes, at least it is for me. At night I put on my nightcap and sometimes during the day I feel cold and putting on the cap makes me warmer.
Today was a lazy day for me. Peter helped with the shopping and cleaning. We didn't do much stuff other than watch tv, eat, laugh, watch tv and eat again. (I thought getting cancer was going to be a good "diet" but right now I have not lost my appetite........)
Peter is now heading back to London for a few days of work. Always a different routine when he is not here on school mornings.
I am almost 1/3 of the way through treatment. On Wednesday will be chemo #3. Sometimes each day seems like an eternity but I am focusing on one day at a time and still able to plan for the future. That feels good.
Friends are keeping in contact with inspiring messages throughout the days and that gives me mental and physical energy. GRATEFUL.
I had time to catch up with Stina when her and Lukas came over for a cup of tea. Always feels good after visiting with friends. THANKS Stina.
Tomorrow is lab work and doctor visit- this will hopefully be an easy day.
GRATEFUL. FRIENDS. KICK CANCER'S ASS.
Härligt med lite slappare dag Teresa och vad skönt att det snart är 1/3 av behandlingen avklarad!!!
